Hard to type with greasy fingers!
Sorry for the mess, but I'm setting here typing and peeling cooked crawdads. Mmmm there good!

I went out and caught a mess of them today down on the creek. Just thought you all would like to know.

Nope, but I fried them in butter. Around here, people don't eat crawdads cajun style. We peel the heads off, remove the middle tail along with the poop tube, and then we fry them in a skillet. We drizzle either bacon grease or butter over them and salt, while their cooking.
