Walleye Recipes
Hubbie caught some Walleyes, so I was looking for another way to make them besides beer batter. Found this collection of recipes thought I would share with others.

On the Babe Winkleman fishing website, there are recipes listed on their website. Many of the recipes shown you can substitute walleye for crappie, perch, etc.
Glad to see someone is getting some eating fish !! Blackened walleye is one of my favorites.

ceviche, great choice for any sweet white fish like striper, crappie, trout or perch. not so good w/ catfish, carp or other "trash" fish.
