how about....

A recipe for the young ground hog currently resting in my fridge? He has been well fed all summer on my chard, beets, beans and squash plants...time for some turnabout. Did not have time to skin yet, just gutted and rinsed. He(yes I'm sure) weights 5 lbs just gutted(still has head, hide and feet). Speaking of hides, I now know why they say they make great shoe leather...any skinning knife suggestions? Oh! Is any of the entrails edible? Liver and heart chilling in a bowl of water. thanks in advance, bee
