She's a beauty, Paul. Love the high comb and the steep angle on the pistol grip. Looks a little like a Sako I used to have.
I don't have any pretty .22's at the moment. It's astoundingly hard to keep rust off of guns in my climate and I don't keep a gun if I ain't shootin' it a lot, so I've gone with stainless steel on as many of my new purchases as possible.....very functional, but don't lend itself to beauty like wood and a nice bluing.

As I've said before I like my souless stainless/composit.coated guns for use... definately more practical and sometimes even more accurate that blued steel and wood. I was just going through the toychest seein if I kin justify keeping or sellin anything. I really need to shoot this gun and spend a tad bit of time with it. It fits nice and is "man sized" they are not known as tack drivers across the board.

now the reminton 40-x I have should be although its not as purty she is a target thorobred...

hind sight is 20/20, take lots of time to decide what new guns you should have, friend of mine let his wife talk him into selling most of his guns and tried to get him playing golf! golf is way more expensive and not near as relaxing as punching paper! the clubs can be dangerous though, picked up one of my kids clubs and the thing broke when i threw it into the scrap steel bin (they had left it laying around after they played "pasture pool" in the back sheep pasture!), head came off and near broke my fingers! nice looking gun paul, my old cooey aint near so purty! shoots just fine though!

Yeah the hindsight thing is keeping me from selling. I have alot of stuff ya can't replace easily or cheaply. So if I sell likely I won't be reaquiring the "good stuff" I don't think I legitamately "need" anything new but would like ta have a few things

I have been selling a few pieces here n there over the last year but mostly doubles or stuff I really haven't used.

They don't eat much if not being used but I may be better off using the money elsewhere.
