Skinning with a hatchet???

Has anyone ever seen this done?

Never used one to Skin.I have used them to cut Legs,Tail and Head off Small Game.

And have Quaterd Elk with one.

I keep a hatchet handy for various things, but have never used it for skinning anything.

Last year DH used the golf ball method to skin the deer, it worked like a charm.
