Well shot a Black Rifle today.It shot pertty good.But it just didn't give me the urge to go out and buy one

Yea it was a Bushmater Varmiter.223 cal.

the great thing about a free country is that you can choose what suits your tastes. mostly i think they are best for coyote eradication where you need faster follow up shots on multiples. but if a feller wants to whack bambi w/ one or just slay a rapacious horde of pop bottles, i'm cool with it.

the thing about them black ones is they can shoot thirty or so quickly if need be or the one at a time for accuracy. I never needed one till they told me I could not have em. Then I started usin em and they do have their place. They can be as accurate as all get out depending on the platform. they will not be as pretty as walnut and blue but they have an attraction once ya get to know em- if yer open minded and not prejudiced

I hear ya on that. Also good investment for the same reasons.

Went in with a couple of buddies on an airplane, a while back. Bought if from an old guy in Kansas.
He said, "Boys, you will never loose your money on airplanes or guns, just stay away from boats, cars and women".
Don't know how right he was, but made out on that old Piper.
