Tomato septoria leaf spot help!

My tomatoes have it for sure. I planted them in straw bales this year. I've' noticed mushrooms growing in the straw bales. What should I do? It looks to me like treatment is spotty, may not work and the best thing to do is destroy all infected plants, which would be all my plants. Help!

Spray with Serenade. If you can stay ahead of it, you will get a crop of tomatoes. Follow directions on the label.

Should I remove all the affected leaves?

Can't hurt, but they will fall off anyway. You can rake them and burn them, if possible. Septoria will overwinter on tomato debris.
