Extended Season

Would like to put up a temporary "greenhouse" structure for early spring and late fall garden . Having a problem deciding what direction the temporary greenhouse should face . Start in mid April - May and finish in Oct - November .

Ours faces east/west, but it's in a big open field with no shade risk, so it doesn't really matter.

My future green house or giant cold frame will be east / west . I'm just not sure when the south sun is the best for sunlight .
