Please make it stop raining....... and snowing too

I thought we were heading for drought- almost no rain November through mid- February. We were at 30% of normal. I was sooooo worried I was buying a bit of hay each town trip to add to my winter stash.
Well be careful for what you ask. We are now over 100% of normal- that's about 30 inches of rain in the last half of February, March and half of April.
It has rained almost every day. Walking outside is like walking on wet sponges.
My garden is totally stuck in neutral- I was out just a just a bit ago putting plastic tubs over my potatoes that I planted March 1 to keep the snow off the sprouts that just showed up.
Please pipe in some sunshine asap- I return water by same pipeline...........

Good thing I covered the potatoes- had a dusting of snow this morning.
Hopefully the potato sprouts that are close to the surface but not showing yet are OK.
Those of you inland (like the rest of the US) should be aware that something is coming your way.

I have no room to complain about rain or thunderstorms after last yrs devastating drought. We still have more mature trees to remove that didn't make it through the heat & drought. Another summer like last yr & I won't have a tree left on my property. We LOVE the rain!

Yeah I was grateful for the rain as I was thinking drought. But I'm over that now- it can stop anytime it wants.
Hopefully it will continue over the rockies and have some left to give to you too. I know it was moving pretty fast.
I heard we're supposed to get a break in the rain for Saturday and most of Sunday. I'll be moving mud into one last raised bed.

Sun- I see sun. And 40 degrees.............

As my favorite fortune cookie fortune said- it can't rain all the time. It could be better but it's good enough.........
