Need to buy a food mill...

In addition to canned tomatoes, I want to put up tomato sauce, juice, and salsa this year, so I believe I need a food mill.

I saw a vid on YT about the Roma mill, but need to know how it holds up.

Anyone use one?

Thanks

we have a Squeezo we picked up cheap at an auction. All steel no plastic. We have been pleased with it.

I need to buy one, too. Do you know how long it takes to put up 50+ quarts of pear sauce with a hand crank food mill? LOL!

Oddball thought of the day.

Say you processed paste tomatoes thru a hand crank food mill. Are the seeds savable? Or have they been too "abused?"

I love my victoro It works great just steam the apples a few minits to soften then put through the squezzer softer things like tomatoes go through as is great for canning sause and apple butter no pealing no seeds I suppose there is a electric version or an attachment for the kitchenade blender but so far my second hand hand crank is all i need
