Two plant IDs please

Pictures 1 2 3 are one plant and pictures 4 5 6 are another plant. The first is growing in just about every garden bed I have, the fruit is about 1/4 inch big. the second is growing in untended areas, gets to about 12 inches tall and falls over.

The first one looks like Deadly Nightshade. Does it have a stinky smell to the broken leaves/stems? Keep it away from your skin if it is. It's certainly a nightshade of some kind, if not DN. It helps a lot if you say what climate/state/zone you are in with these kinds of questions.

The second looks like some kind of polygonatum? but that's a guess on my part for sure.

yup,deadly nightshade and the other one -does it get blue flowers? Don't know the name but it spreads,kinda looks like a wandering jew.(transa...?)

All of the nightshade pictures I find have purple and yellow flowers. I have a Bittersweet Nightshade vine in the yard but again that is a purple/yellow flower. This plant has white/yellow and the flowers are about half the size of the BS Nightshade.
