Is it a different variety than you are used to growing?
They look like potato leafed variety to me and they look healthy.

Those are the old style "potato leaf" variety, usually an indeterminent (viner) slicer mater. Brandywine is the most well-know variety. Not a thing wrong with the plant, just different.

I grew them from seed I bought, so I'm wondering if there was a mix up when packageing??? I don't know what tip top leaves are supposed to look like but I did not think they were a potato leaf type. Does anyone know? I tried googling it but did not see any images. If these are not determinates, that will make a diffrence in how I plant them.

They are supposed to be a small 36" determinate plum tomato with regular leaves.

Those don't look at all like potato leaf to me. They look a regular leaf, of which there are hundreds of variations! I think you just have a variety with an unusual regular leaf.

They look super healthy!
