Ditto I planted 600 lettuce 140 pac choi, three quarts of shallots, a row of radish and 2 rows of spinach in my high tunnel this week. I am harvesting pac choi, napa, figs and okra in another tunnel that also has baby kale ,collards, day neutral strawberries and sunflowers in it. My tunnels are used 28x120 foot unheated greenhouses. This summer I harvested 500= pints of cherry tomatoes and 300 quarts of full sized heirloom tomatoes 200 egg plant and 30 bushels of peppers from one greenhouse.
