Grape & Tree spraying?

Any recommendations for organic spray or treatment for grape vines and fruit trees. Our one and only grape vine had a very nice amount of fruit set on it and then over the course of a couple days they disappeared and the leaves look terrible. We have three two year old cherry trees and are planting plum, pear and nectarine trees this fall. We have never raised trees so I as wondering what is necessary for treatment, we would prefer to do as little as necessary but it seems that some form of spraying is probably prudent. Thoughts? Please, please, please be aware that just because a spray is organic does not mean it is harmless or does not require protective measures and considerations. For example, as I understand it Rotenone can have some nasty health impacts. This site may help you determine if you want to use an organic spray. http://www.omri.org/
