Dog piddle?

Hi there, my neighbor's lawn is covered with yellow patches from dog piddle (a lot) since this winter another neighbor shoveled out a huge spot for the neighbor hood dogs ( a lot of them, also) to pee.

Is there any thing that would help the grass grow back?

This is in MN.

Fast acting lime and water. It is not overnight.

Something about male and female piddle is different- but too acidic is a problem with one so lime is the answer. But remember dilution is the solution to pollution. Next year let them scatter it on the snow.
