Any strong opinions on parsnip cultivars?

There doesn't seem to be any particular reason to choose one cultivar over another. Does anyone have any 'druthers?

Harris Early is the one I prefer. Long root with a gradual taper. Hollow Crown is also popular but shoulders are too wide. HE can handle crowding more than HC.

A-HA! Somebody with an opinion on parsnips and a reason to back it up! It so happens I was choosing the Harris Model just because I've haven't tried it before. Thanks!

Look at the European seed catalogs and there are LOT more varieties of parsnip than you could ever imagine. Most American catalogs just have the usual two suspects.... Parsnips apparently arent all that popular here.
