There are quite a number of herbal remedy sites that sell it for various poultices, teas, etc. It is supposed to have some medicinal properties. It's also used, roasted, by some folks as a "coffee" type drink. I've tried it...tastes like roasted dirt to me.
Find a niche and fill it.
