How to control flea beetles

I've had a terrible time with flea beetles this year. I thought the worst of them was supposed to be gone by now but I'm still having trouble. My second planting of broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower is all but gone. My chard and leaf beet has enormous holes. Beets, sometimes they don't make it past the just sprouted stage.

And, given how cold this summer has been (we've never been higher than 71F all summer!) I don't have much time to replant. Last year's first frost was Sept. 7.

What can I do to control them? (I only use organic methods....)

Thanks.
Elizabeth

I use neem oil every seven days. That usually works, but if it is really bad, then you might need to resort to Rotenone, which, I've heard is no longer really considered organic. I prefer not to use it, myself. I suppose you could use the neem oil more often.

Spinosad. Not all products containing spinosad are organic so pick and choose carefully.

They have been nasty on Maine, too.

I did blame some good holes on Flea Beetles, until I turned a leaf and saw those pretty little yellow/black checkerboard beetle monsters.

I am using Spinosad this year for the first time. It is good stuff!! My eggplants have very few holes and there are even some with no holes at all. Flea beetles love eggplant and so does every other insect.
Thanks for the headsup about some formulations not being organic. I will read all the fine print next time I order.

Neem oil did a pretty good job for getting rid of flea beetles.
