Ranunculus

Hi, I was at Walmart the other day and they had grown ranunculus in gorgeous luminous colors-copper, steele blue, shiney burgundy. The plants were not in the best of shape. Since I could not leave them in my car at the time I came back the next day and they were gone. I did find one of them and bought it and tried contacting the grower, Color Star, Fort Lupton, Co. but they only deal with big buyers. Any one know where I could get these. I tried Lowe's and another Walmart but they never even had them. I am sure the one's I saw were pitched. Any leads? Thanks

I've bought the little bulbs/roots before. Might try checking for those instead of plants?

I can get bulbs at a good price but I want those steele blues and copper. They were just gorgeous and the foliage a silver green. Do you get those colors with bulbs?

Have you looked at any of the mail order sites like Gurney's, Breck's or Michigan Bulb company,etc.? Sometimes some of those types of places have a wider variety or different kinds of flowers. Plus I know the last 2 times I have ordered from brecks I got a lifetime guarentee with my tubers or bulbs.
