If you do, please place yourself on top of someones compost pile first. May as well be a benefit to someone. P.S. If you are completely successful I will not speak to you again.

When making 4 batches of salsa several weeks ago, banana peppers were on top of my collection list for one. Since I grew only 6 or 7 sweet varieties, I was a little short on the hot stuff. Neighbor plot had plenty of Jalapeño, another had endless supply of Cayenne, and a third with Garden Salsa. However, all red. The third batch was to be gold since the tomatoes used were to be only WI55 Gold. Didn't want a single speck of red in that super batch. Then remembered that one of the 2 Turkish families had twice as many "Hot Banana" as they needed. Hence I could properly make my gold salsa!

To me, banana peppers are the nastiest tasting pepper there is.
