Where Do You Buy Agricultural Grade Corn Meal?

Corn meal is recommended for fungal control in soils.

Agricultural grade corn meal is the kind fed to animals, and is cheaper per pound than human grade corn meal.

But no feed store in my region carries agricultural grade corn meal. They sell cracked corn, but not corn meal.

Where can I buy agricultural age corn meal? Could I buy cracked corn, then run it though my electric wheat grinder?

Is this the same as corn gluten meal? We get that from a local ag chemical supplier, although it's usually used as livestock feed.

It's a pre-emergent herbicide though, rather than something to fight fungus.
