I don't agree with a lot of that chart. I would use the letters from the second and nineteenth place of the alphabet, but that is probably against the rules.
I am also curious about the red yeast rice being high on the chart? That is usually seen as dangerous in some circles.
Bottom line, people should have the right to make health choices for themselves anyway. It doesn't matter if they are seen as good by all or not. I would never use bee pollen. I think it is dangerous. But some people swear by it for their issues. And we should all make our own decisions.

Wow!
Vitamin C is 'not worth it'?
DHEA?
Ginseng?
Resveratrol?
Vitamin E?
Flax oil?
Cohosh?
Vitamin A?
Beta Carotine?
Tumeric?
Some of these have MOUNTAINS of research documentation supporting them and doctors prescribe. Yet this says they are not worth it, lack evidence, or are conflicting?

Hogwash, but a fine example of using an infographic as link bait, no matter what misinformation you happen to spread on the rise to the top.

This is BS. Bearing in mind that I pretty much always stick with traditional Western medicine, even I know that Copper, Magnesium, Potassium, and Ginkgo Biloba are effective for some things.

Last year I attended a workshop presented by a retired oncologist. With his background, training, and access to medical journals; he has been tracking all of the cancer research being done world-wide. His hobby is compiling all of this together into a single wallchart. Which shows all types of cancers grouped into 28 categories; which substances are linked to generating each cancer, which substances are linked to remission of each cancer.
This is a real doctor, working within his field, looking at the growing results from on-going research.
I was fortunate to get a copy of his wallchart. [he gave them out to everyone who attended the workshop]
Some of the things listed in the OP's link and being suggested as 'snake oil', are our BEST and LEADING cancer treatments.

Agree the chart isn't accurate. Seems it was drawn up by someone with no knowledge whatsoever of natural medicine.

There are a lot of things out of whack in that list. In fact look where magnesium is. I was just in the hospital recently for bp/arrhythmia issues and the doctors were pumping me full of magnesium. And that is western medicine.
I honestly wouldn't put a lot of confidence in that particular chart. There are too many things on it that just make no sense.

Not just natural medicine, but main-stream conventional medicine too.

I would like to know, also!
If you can't share it due to it's size, or other reasons, maybe the Doctor has a website, e-mail or PO box?
Thanks.
