Stiff neck

I've had a stiff neck on the right side for over a week & it's really bothering me. The pain when I move certain ways is intense. I don't have a headache, fever, or any other symptoms.

Any home remedy ideas?

It's really interfering with my sleep.

I had a similar pain last week - heat, exercise, were not working and I couldn't sleep. Ibuprofen helped, but what ultimately cured it was Capzasin cream. It's sold for arthritis, but worked wonderfully on my neck. Just be very careful to wash your hands well after applying it - will burn your lips or eyes if on your fingers. Give it a try!
