Solar Powered Hatchery

I am currently renovating a building that will become my "hatchery" in the near future. The building roof is south facing and about 40' long and to looks ideal for mounting solar panels. The questions I have are: How much would it cost roughly to cover the roof with solar panels (roof dimensions 12' x 40' on south side), and other equipment needed to gather and store the power? I run three 300 egg incubators for a couple of months straight, along with a couple of hatchers, so how much power could be gathered to HELP power them? I know there are many variables to these questions, just looking to start gathering info. The building is hooked up to local utilities so I am not expecting to go of the grid with this project or anything like that.
