My website is done!

www.capellasgarden.com

Well as done as it needs to be to show people!

I've been in total website overhaul the last 10 days and I can't tell you what a relief it is to have it pretty much over - - but of course now I have to maintain it and work out the quirks. That will all be a breeze compared to the initial set up!

Looks good, Bethany! Did you do it yourself? I'd love to put one up, but my webmaster, also my 21 year old son who now claims not to have time for me, never did figure out how to do a shopping cart.

Thanks for the heads up on the errors Cyndi!

Kesoaps - yes I did it myself. I began with godaddy the hard way - trying to have my hubby code it all and he is a very busy man and knows just enough code to get himself in trouble and take three times the time to do it! And since I wanted MY website to be something I could change around on a regular basis, after three months I said sorry to my hubby, cancelled godaddy who wanted to charge me $30 a month for a shopping cart on top of my fee for hosting my site, and went to handcraftmarket. They are a small company and it only costs $15 a month WITH a cart. They help you out with all your questions via email and are so very nice and patient! It's template based so it is fairly easy to do once you get over the initial tech phobia and get your hands dirty. Still takes patience and learning by doing, so I am relieved the worst is over. My site was up in 10 days - with me having some sort of a life besides web building!

BE BRAVE!

Bethany

Tracey - I use Paypal's shopping cart- it's free. The only downside is the shipping charges. you get what you pay for

I've heard really good things over the years about Mal's shopping cart

Very nice. I especially like the photographs you're using, very slick and professional.
Your product descriptions are rich and colorful without being gushy or abstract.

Really, really, nice!
