Sudoku quilt

Joined a new yahoo group, Stashbusters, and they're spending this NYE doing a sudoku quilt. I decided to join them and have one in the works. They're pretty simple to do and are very pretty!

A sudoku quilt is made using a sudoku puzzle and 9 fabrics. You assign each fabric a number 1 through 9 and then using a completed puzzle, place a square of fabric #1 where 1 shows up in the puzzle; fabric #2 where the 2's are in the puzzle, and so on. A fun way to make scrappy looking quilts.

Here's a link to an explanation with a picture.

That's really neat. I've never heard of this before.
Learn one more thing in 2007, for something I may have to try in 2008.

Thanks for explaining.

Sorry I didn't get back to answer your questions about the Sudoku quilt. Thanks FairViewFarm for the link and description. I have finished one and and have the fabrics picked out for another. They are going to the twin grand-daughters that were born this past spring.
