Amount of cream

I've been using a manual separator since daughter must now be on a fat free diet (she cannot absorb fat). This morning I got 1 qt of cream and 3 1/2 qts of skim milk. Just curious if others are getting about the same proportion. Pretty sure I'm getting all the cream out, not completely sure I'm getting only cream in the cream container. More important to me to have the milk completely skim, BTW.

I'm milking 3 LaManchas and 3 Alpine/LaManchas on a 1x/day schedule. (Only 2 of these girls freshened this yr, the other 4 are 17 months or so fresh.)

So, just an idle question for a lazy afternoon after a busy, busy, started too early morning.
