I'm thinking just plain wrong. Similar to the Friendly's grilled cheese burger, perhaps... that one uses a grilled cheese sandwich on either side of the burger patty as the "bun".

I'd go for just the mac and cheese fixed that way. They throw burgers in between everything these days like donuts, flat bread, or rice krispey bars. I like a normal double cheeseburger with all the toppings on a big burger bun.
