one pot meals?

I'm looking for ideas.I think we are going to cook outside today and would like to keep it to one pot.

I keep seeing variations of this recipe....

Jambalaya. I like it made with chicken and some kind of smoked sausage, not a big fan of "andooey" sausage (can't even spell it).
