Baking bread

in a solar oven.Has anyone tried it?How did it turn out? Any special steps or deviations from a regular recipe? Its been so hot and sunny lately I don't want to heat up the house and make the AC work harder but I want some fresh home baked bread. This sounds like the perfect solution.

I baked a loaf of bread in my solar oven today. I let it rise once - then beat down and put it in the pan and straight into the solar oven. It rose and baked at the same time. Turned out good - no heat inside, no use of electricity or propane.

I've always had great success baking in my solar oven. No special anything except make sure that it has the correct tilt to maximize the solar gain.
