Sorry, you misunderstood me. I'm not knocking the AGA. From what I can see, not only does my operation meet their standards completely, they seem to be a good organization.
My only point about not getting anyone's stamp of approval meant I don't feed hay only in winter and keep them on pasture all the time in order to be compliant with a standard. I do it because that is the way I want to raise my cattle. I think it is healthier for the animals and produces a superior product. My customers agree. I have no "beef" with the AGA nor with the label.
