Really? You can insure cattle against theft? That's new to me.
For that much money, I would expect the insurance company to do some checking around. It wouldn't take too many phone calls to find out where they were sold if they were run through a sale.

Mine are insured against death and theft. I don't know how much it cost as a stand alone policy, but as a Ryder on my farm policy it's not much. |
