Organic cattle

We probably would go organic, but in our area of people are just not willing to pay for organic. As well we cut hay on rented land. The land has not seen chemical fertilizer or other toxins for years if ever. However I can not justify going through the expence of certifying someone elses land since I do not know how long I will have use of it.
Our customers seem very happy with the way we are doing things.
