I would say our definition is the same. If you can keep your passture quality up, high protein from legumes etc, use angus cross and kill out slilghtly under the weight achived in a grain system. Carcase grading would be the same.

Not for every where, and nopt really suited to large framed animals. Good for the higher end meat trade, and freezer beef.

I prefer fat, highly marbled beef. I doubt any pastured only beef ever grades out higher than select. I want prime or choice.
