I had a lady come by to buy two bucklings today and she was admiring my daughter's heifer; she said she wanted a Jersey. I mentioned the people; she knew them. I told her about the bent-kneed heifer. She is going to call them as she DOES have time to mess with it...she's going to give it a try and if it doesn't work, she WILL butcher...she's a pragmatic gal. So at least the little girl will get a chance before heading to the abattoir.
