Okay - so it reduces the benefits somewhat to finish a grass fed beef on a bit of grain at the end.

Still this could be an acceptable compromise for a milder tasting transition.

I have found grass fed meat tastes 'beefier' and the fat has a 'fishy' taste to me, which makes sense considering the omega's are similiar to fish.

I agree with the poster who said it is a matter of what you are accustomed to. Change is the difficult thing. Once your tastes have adjusted it should be fine.
