The second results came back negative. We had two different labs run the test, both were negative. I will get the video of what the inspector did today, pretty amazing.

Up to you on how you want to proceed. One possibility is to take a copy of the tape to a meeting with as high up in the state's Department of Ag you can arrange and show the tape and your independent test results to them. Then say you don't want to create a stink about the poor protocol of milk inspectors, all you want is a fair shake on your allowed to sell up to 25 gallons of raw milk per day on your farm subject to the healthy and hygiene requirements of the regulations, which you believe you have complied with.
