I am so thankful for this resource and the lively debate!

Right now, we're going to go with Dexters but as I get more settled, I may try Highland for beef. A lot of it depends on the state of the pasture we get! I am so excited to get started. This season in my family's life is a dream come true for me...Wow, never thpught you'd see someone so excited about a couple of acres and a couple of cows, huh?
