My goats are mostly brush goats, with a little Nubian blood. They tend to have nice udders, so some that I've sold have been milked. The milkers all love the taste.

I milked one myself, just to taste the milk. It didn't taste like store-bought cow's milk at all. It tasted like melted vanilla ice cream. It was so rich.

All of my kids are half or full fainter. I'll have to milk one of them one day to see if their milk tastes the same.
