Problems

I'm having some problems accessing HT. These problems are only happening when I'm on Homesteading Today, they are not happening on any other website on internet.

For the past 3 or 4 days every time I'm on HT I've been having a problem with a yellow information bar popping up at the top of the page telling me that an add-on for this website has failed to work and that I should check my internet security settings. There's nothing wrong or changed with my security settings, I don't have any viruses or malware on the computer and this has been happening whether I'm logged in to HT or not. When that information bar comes up I can't get rid of it and it freezes up the whole site and then freezes my computer so I have to shut the computer off.

That yellow information bar happens when I'm using Internet Explorer but not if I use Google Chrome, but if I use Google Chrome it's super slow loading and I sometimes have other problems with other pop-ups informing me that if I want to view this website I have to update this, that and the other functions or programs (which I haven't got a clue what they're talking about) and often I can't get rid of those pop-ups either.

I wonder if other people are having similar problems here too and maybe can't access the site because of it. As I mentioned above, it's only happening on this website, not on other websites.

Can you please get me a screenshot of it? I'm going through all browsers now trying to replicate running Fiddler to see what causes the issue.

Austin I don't know how to do screen shots - is that the same thing as dragging the cursor over the whole page to copy and paste? I tried doing that already (to copy it) but the mouse won't work once that bar pops up and I have to shut the computer off manually.

And some keyboards like the extended ones, have a Screen Shot button on them.
Mine says 'Print Screen' on one key, the keyboard is by Logitech. I take the snap shot and it shows up on the desktop.
I have a iMac, so I then put that screen shot into iPhoto and then I can do whatever I want with it. LOL
