Up dating DST settings?

Keep getting the mesage" up dating DST settings". every time I sign on or move to another thread.
I suppose This has already been covered, but being lazy, I was wondering it it's the site problem, or mine?

Not anything I've seen or heard of before.

Never seen it here either, but I suspect your time settings on your computer are not correct. To be sure you have your time settings correctly.

1. Click on your computer's control panel
2. Click on Time & Date
3. Click on the Time Zone tab
4. Be sure you're set to the correct time zone you live in

The time is correct, as is the time zone, this is the only site I get the message.

Did I mention that it happens on both my desk top running XP and my lap top running Vista.
Still going on.
Says "Updating DST setting's you browser is being rerouted".
